Asbestos Fee Program in Montgomery County

Project Size Fee
I Less Than 160 square or 260 linear feet of RACM $50.00
II Greater than or equal to 160 square or 260 linear feet and less than 5,000 feet (square, linear or combination) of RACM $150.00
III Greater than or equal to 5,000 feet (square, linear or combination) of RACM $300.00

* RACM - Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials

Makes checks payable to the "Air Resources Study Trust Fund" and mail with the completed notification to :

This fee schedule does NOT apply to unregulated projects or to volunteer fire departments submitting a demolition notice for fire training exercises conducted in asbestos-free residential structures
